Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Juliana Costa’s enlightening presentation, “Consciousness as the Starting Point for Personal Transformation and Problem Solving,” during the Abayomi Academy Week. Mrs. Costa delved into the profound impact that consciousness—an intrinsic human quality—can have on our lives, particularly in driving personal transformation and tackling problems effectively.

Mrs. Costa’s expertise in the field is extensive. As a Conscientiologist and Educator, she has experience across all levels of Basic Education in Brazil and holds specializations in Teaching and Self-knowledge, Consciousness and Education, Neuropsychology, and Psychopedagogy. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, her research focuses on Job Satisfaction, Decent Work, Big Five Personality Factors, and Mental Health. Beyond her academic achievements, she has been an influential speaker at international venues, sharing her knowledge in countries such as Denmark, Australia, the United States, Mexico, Portugal, and Brazil.

Her presentation was not just an exploration of consciousness but a call to action—encouraging each of us to harness our awareness as a tool for self-improvement and problem-solving. Mrs. Costa’s insights are invaluable for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of how consciousness can be a powerful starting point for change.
