In just a few weeks, Salvador, Brazil, will welcome participants from Brazil and around the world for the IV Smart Cities, Happy Citizens World Summit 2025 (SCHCWS 2025). From November 26 to 29, 2025, the city will become a vibrant hub for dialogue, learning, and collaboration around the future of cities—both on-site and online, reinforcing the Summit’s global reach.

The Technical and Academic Sessions of the Summit will be held in hybrid format (online + in-person) at two leading higher education institutions in Salvador, reinforcing the event’s strong academic foundation and international accessibility.
