Dr. Fraga is an architect and urban planner, PhD and holds a PhD (ABD) in Education. She has extensive multidisciplinary and intercultural experience, navigating Engineering, Construction, Technology, Education, Distance Education, Smart Cities, Sustainability, Research and Intelligence, among others.
