This morning, we were thrilled to kick off the SHE 101 course as part of Abayomi Academy Week. The first class marked the beginning of a transformative journey for all participants, offering valuable insights and a deep introduction to the concepts that will shape the remainder of the course.

What is the SHE 101 Course?

SHE 101 is a foundational course in the Smart & Happy Environments series, designed to provide a solid base for creating and maintaining environments that foster well-being and effectiveness in both personal and professional contexts.

Highlights of the First Class

In this inaugural session, participants were introduced to:

• Core Concepts: Exploration of the SHE Methodology pillars, including Conscious Citizenship, Physical and Digital Space, Innovative Management, Intelligent Communication, Human Relations, and Health and Well-being.
• Course Objectives: An overview of what will be covered in the coming weeks and how each module will contribute to creating happier and more functional environments.
• Group Dynamics: Practical activities and group discussions to start the collaborative learning process and apply the concepts.
