⚓🎓 He holds a Master’s degree in Naval Sciences from the Naval War College, an MBA in Business Management from COPPEAD Institute (UFRJ), and an MBA in Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration from ILACON / SENAC College (DF).

📚💼 As the Managing Partner of Clube de Negociadores, Edilson is a Senior Officer in the Brazilian Navy (Marine Corps) with extensive experience in military operations, crisis management, and public administration. He is also the co-author of the book “Jogada de Mestre—As 48 mais poderosas táticas de negociação” and the winner of the 2024 Abayomi Awards in the Human Relations category.

🎤✨ As a consultant and researcher, he shares his expertise through lectures, mentoring, and training, helping individuals and organizations enhance their negotiation and management skills.
